We understand that plans can change, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of your purchase, under the following conditions:

• All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, ensuring they are resalable.
• Discounted items are eligible for store credit only.

To initiate the return process, please email us at info@modsolesco.com, providing a brief explanation of your return or exchange request and including your order number. You will receive instructions and the shipping address via email. Ensure to clearly write the order number on the outer packaging.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. ModSoles does not cover return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, potential shipping losses, or any damage to the returned goods. After we receive your return, please allow up to three weeks for us to process your request. Refunds, inclusive of the product cost and applicable taxes, will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
